Shipping policy

Styles marked as pre-order are not currently in-stock and will be shipped by the date shown on the product page.

  • Preorder dates are subject to change—however, you will be notified under these circumstances.

  • Please note that your payment method will be charged the full amount when a pre-order is placed.

Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been confirmed by Nazemi Bridal. Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above, we cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Nazemi Bridal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Nazemi Bridal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
