When should I order my wedding gown?
We recommend placing your order at least 4 months in advance, as this allows sufficient time for the creation and delivery of your gown. Rush options may be available in most instances for an additional fee. Please note that alterations typically require about 2 months prior to your wedding date to ensure the perfect fit.
Are pre-order styles available to try on?
Our atelier carries select samples of pre-order styles for fitting purposes. Kindly note that samples are offered in limited sizes.
Do I need an appointment to visit the atelier?
Yes. Our atelier is available by appointment only. As we are not a retail space, walk-ins are not accommodated. All visits are thoughtfully scheduled in advance to ensure a personalized experience.
What is the cancellation policy for my appointment?
You may cancel your appointment at any time; however, please note that deposits become non-refundable within one (1) day of your scheduled appointment. Clients with repeated cancellations may be restricted from booking future appointments.
Is there a deposit required to schedule an appointment?
Yes, we do require a $50 USD deposit to schedule an appointment to reduce last-minute cancellations and allow more clients to book.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes — if you cancel at least one (1) day in advance, your deposit will be refunded. For clients who attend their appointment as scheduled, the deposit becomes a credit toward a purchase during the appointment or at a later date.
Can I bring guests?
Yes! You're welcome to bring 2-3 guests to your showroom appointment. Guests can relax in the sitting area.
What are the parking options?
The building provides a paid multi-level parking garage with elevator access directly to the atelier. Additional street parking is available in the surrounding area.
