Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 14 days to make a return or change when you receive your items. The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. Parcel(s) returned as cash on delivery shipping is not accepted. Sender is responsible for the costs and risks of shipment for the return of products. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.

RETURN CRITERIA

  • Product unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original tag attached. 

  • Product free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or any other residue.

  • All returns must be submitted for approval via our Return Portal. Items returned without prior approval will be returned to sender.

Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method.

Nazemi Bridal reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
